Plankies is being used as the name and online platform for a private destash sale linked to an immigration move.
By using the Plankies website, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from this site.
2. Listings and availability
Stock information
Items listed on this website are private destash goods and may include fabric, craft supplies, tools, household items, furniture, and other second-hand stock.
Descriptions, photos, prices, and availability are provided as accurately as possible, but mistakes or omissions can happen.
An item is only confirmed once payment has been received for a normal shop order, or once an auction outcome has been confirmed by Plankies.
3. Orders and payment
Shop purchases
Standard shop purchases are submitted through the checkout process and payment is handled through PayFast where available.
If payment is not completed or confirmed, the order will not be treated as final.
4. Auctions
How bidding works
Bids may only be placed while an auction is live. The highest bid shown on the site is the current leading bid at that time.
If a reserve price applies, the highest bid only results in a sale if that reserve has been met.
When an auction ends, Plankies may contact the leading bidder to confirm the next steps. A winning bid does not automatically create a paid order on the website.
If the winning bidder does not respond, does not complete payment, or cannot be reached, Plankies may cancel the result, contact another bidder, or relist the item.
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are serious about buying the item if your bid is accepted.
5. Delivery and collection
Getting your items
Some items are available for shipping and others are collection only. Where a cart contains any collection-only item, the full order may need to be collected.
Delivery fees, collection arrangements, and any special handling details will be shown during checkout or confirmed directly with the buyer.
6. Returns and refunds
Voetstoots sales
All items are sold voetstoots, meaning as-is and as they stand at the time of sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted simply because a buyer changes their mind or because an item is no longer wanted after purchase.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing descriptions, photos, measurements, auction details, and collection or delivery arrangements before buying or placing a bid.
This is a private destash sale and not an ongoing retail business with a standard returns policy.

Acceptable use
You may not use the website in a way that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful to the website, its users, or Plankies.
Plankies may suspend access or remove listings where necessary to protect the site or correct obvious errors.
